About:
Danny was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and raised in Hanford, California. Danny served an LDS mission and lived in New York City for 18 months while he worked with the Deaf community and improved his American Sign Language skills. During college at Dixie State University, Danny decided that he wanted to become an interpreter and assist the Deaf community in pursuing their education. Danny worked as an interpreter for several years. Soon, he began to feel like he could do more to help the deaf community in a big way. So he decided to go to law school. Danny graduated from the University of Utah’s College of Law in 2015. During law school Danny was involved in a car crash and was injured by a woman who was texting while driving. Going through the legal process was difficult. Danny realized that the Deaf community would have an even harder time navigating through the insurance process, so he decided to learn and practice exclusively personal injury law in order to help ensure that Deaf people who are injured can be protected and not be taken advantage of. Danny focuses on complex, large injury cases including injuries such as broken bones, surgeries, and death.
